In the Seversky district, a fire on the territory of the Afipsky refinery. One of the fuel oil distillation units is on fire. The preliminary reason is the arrival of a UAV,” the Russian official wrote.
According to Telegram channels, the drone attack took place around 3:00.
The plant was shrouded in flames and smoke. A powerful explosion was heard several kilometers away, the channel writes.
The video probably recorded the arrival of the UAV at the plant.
Around 4:40 a.m., the Russian governor claimed that the fire had been extinguished.
