Yuri Ignat said that there is no need to “dramatize the situation” about this attack, because “efficiency will be restored to the battle.”
The spokesman of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuriy Ignat, urged not to dramatize the situation around the hit near the airport in the Khmelnytsky region. He said this on the air of Radio Liberty.
So, he responded to the question of whether the airport was really damaged.
According to him, information is always “ahead of us.”
“When it comes to missile strikes, we understand that we have to present this information more or less in a dosed way. The enemy is watching everything. Yes, yes, in fact, there was a missile attack – 40 missiles, “shaheeds”. There was a hit inside Starokonstantinov airfield in Khmelnitsky region,” he explained.
At the same time, he noted that he would not comment on the details of the attack, so that the Russian invaders would not receive additional information.
“I want to say that combat effectiveness will be restored there. I think that the situation should not be dramatized,” Ignat added.
Recall that on the night of May 29, the Russian military opened fire on Khmelnitsky. One of the damaged items was a military.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 37 cruise missiles and 29 strike UAVs
