Law No. 8032, adopted as a whole, established pensions for special merits for rehabilitated fighters for the independence of Ukraine in the 20th century (dissidents) as an addition to the pension to which a person is entitled by law, in the amount of UAH 4,200.
There were 313 votes in the hall for increasing pensions for UPA veterans and political prisoners. The law was adopted in the second reading and as a whole.
Bill No. 8032 authored by Volodymyr Vyatrovich provides for the provision of such pensions to fighters for the independence of Ukraine who are imprisoned for their beliefs.
