The Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky announced this in Telegram.
Liman direction. Our units and subunits continue to steadily hold their lines and positions, repel all enemy attempts to move forward in the areas of Belogorovka, Spirnoe, Novoselovskoye, Torskoye, inflict significant losses in personnel and equipment, the commander said.
According to him, he met with the commanders of units and subunits performing tasks in the most “hot spots” of the front, and discussed with them possible scenarios for the development of events in this direction and the current situation on the front.
Soon the time will come when we will move on to active offensive operations, we have identified specific tasks for preparing for them,” Syrsky summed up.
