This was announced on May 28 by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the evening summary.
In addition, the aircraft of the Defense Forces inflicted 13 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment of the invader, as well as two – on anti-aircraft missile systems.
In the Seversky and Slobozhansky directions, the Russians continue to maintain a military presence in the areas bordering Ukraine. In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the Masyutovka region of the Kharkov region for a day.
In the Liman direction, the invader did not carry out offensive actions. Inflicted air strikes on a number of settlements in the Kharkiv, Luhansk and Donbass regions.
In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations northeast of Orekhovo-Vasilovka and in the direction of Ivanovsky. Inflicted air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Predtechino, Belaya Gora, Kurdyumovka, New York, Yablonovka, Donetsk region. Vasilyevka, Privolye, Orekhovo-Vasilovka, Grigorovka, Bogdanovka, Chasov Yar, Ivanovskoye, Stupochki, Predtechino, Konstantinovka and Northern Donetsk region suffered from enemy shelling.
The enemy did not carry out offensive actions in the Avdeevka direction. In the Maryinsky direction, our defenders repelled 12 enemy attacks near the city of Maryinka.
In the Zaporozhye and Kherson directions, the enemy continues to conduct defensive operations and shell a number of settlements.
