The Austrian government has decided to allocate €2 million for the demining of Ukraine. This was reported by the local portal oe24.at.

But Austrian Federal Chancellor Karl Negammer said that “not a single Austrian soldier will set foot on Ukrainian soil to clear mines while it is a war zone.”

It was decided to allocate money from the Foreign Disaster Fund of the Austrian Foreign Ministry, they will be spent on demining equipment.
