It was learned that the contract servicemen were fired after they refused to perform their official duty on the territory of Ukraine and returned to their permanent duty station.

They challenged the dismissal in court, but the court recognized the dismissal as legal.

Earlier it was reported that up to 40% of contract soldiers who had already fought against Ukraine refused to return to Ukrainian territory.

And the sailors of the Russian Federation refused to conduct combat missions.
