On the night of May 26, the head of the Makarovsky District Court of the Kyiv region, Alexei Tandyr, shot down to death a 23-year-old fighter of the National Guard. There was a car accident around midnight, when a servant of Themis in a Lexus car was moving along Beresteisky Avenue. This was reported by “Ukrainska Pravda” with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.
It is noted that the judge was drunk. The culprit of the fatal accident has already been detained by law enforcement officers.

The head of the district court has already been taken for a medical examination, where they check whether he was drunk. The driver refused to pass the inspection.
