This was announced on May 25 by the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan. And Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stressed that Baku has no territorial claims against Yerevan. This is reported by Russian propaganda resources TASS and RIA Novosti.
According to Aliyev, there is a possibility of reaching a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, given that the Armenian side has recognized Karabakh as Azerbaijani territory.
And Pashinyan added that his government is ready to unblock all transport and economic communications in the region while maintaining the sovereignty and jurisdiction of the countries through which they pass.
Recall that in August 2022, Russia handed over to Azerbaijan the Lachin corridor connecting Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenia. This corridor is the only road connecting the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenia.
