Over the past day, the defenders of Ukraine have destroyed a Russian Ka-52 attack and reconnaissance helicopter.

This was announced today, May 24, by the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Over the past day, our soldiers have destroyed an enemy Ka-52 attack helicopter. Thus, the Russian budget has lost the equivalent of about another 16 million US dollars.
Also, the Ukrainian military destroyed five Russian drones over the past day:
- four strike UAVs of the Shahed type;
- one reconnaissance drone of the Zala type.
In addition, during the day, the aircraft of the Defense Forces delivered 15 strikes against areas where enemy personnel and military equipment were concentrated, including three strikes against enemy anti-aircraft missile systems.
