“On the northern and southern edges of Bakhmut, we have a slight advance. Our troops control the southwestern outskirts of the city in the Airplane area,” he wrote.
According to Malyar, these days the activity of the enemy’s offensive operations in the direction of Bakhmut has slightly decreased.
“At the same time, the number of shells is consistently high. In the city of Bakhmut, the fighting has decreased, the enemy continues to clear the areas under his control,” he added.
As for the suburbs, the battle continues there, the enemy tries to take advantageous positions, but he does not succeed.
“In some areas, the enemy is on the defensive. He is suffering heavy losses,” Maliar assured.
Recall that in recent months, Russia has lost more than 100 thousand soldiers killed and wounded in the direction of Bakhmut, including more than 20 thousand killed in battle.
