Enemy sabotages and reconnaissance groups are increasingly trying to penetrate Ukraine’s border regions.
The departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are ready to reject any attempts to re -invade the Russian Federation from the north. This was announced by First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Yevgeny Enin on the air of the telethon Єdinі news.
“Together with Armed Forces units, we are strengthening the defense around our borders. We have tightened the service regime in the border areas, put on additional clothing. We are ready to repel any attempts from Russia. Now , we are more likely to encounter artillery or mortar attacks.In some cases we are talking about attempts to infiltrate the DRG from the Russian side.They usually receive resolute rejection and retreat with severe losses, ”Yenin said.
According to him, today along the borders of Belarus there are no elements of accumulation of enemy strike groups.
It should be recalled that the former Secretary of State of the Security Council of Belarus Alexander Volfovich said that the “Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group” allegedly entered the territory of Belarus.
Meanwhile, the Belarusian armed forces have extended their border exercises with Ukraine and Western countries until at least 28 May.
