In Rakov, Poland, an unidentified metal object fell into a residential building. This was announced on May 23 by radio station RMF.
It is known that as a result of the incident on April 4, no one was injured. The object caused serious damage to the roof, broke it and fell to the attic floor.
“(On the roof – ed.) there was such a hole, as if a bomb had been left. About one meter by 70 cm,” said a resident of the damaged house.
He found in the attic part of the “iron circle”, which split in half when it fell. The remains weigh more than four kilograms.
The incident was reported to law enforcement officials, the case is being investigated by the Konin city prosecutor’s office.
Investigators contacted the services that investigate incidents in civil and military aviation, but they did not confirm that the object was part of the aircraft.
The prosecutor’s office also asked the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency for help. It established that at the moment the object on the roof broke, a plane was flying over Rakov to Ireland. Technical crews checked the device, and it was intact.
A version is now being considered that the object could be part of an agricultural machine. For the identification of fragments the analysis is appointed.

Recall that at the end of April, fragments of a military facility were found in a forest near the city of Bydgoszcz in Poland. Later, the country’s authorities reported that it was a warhead from a Russian missile.
