In the Khmelnitsky region, during an air raid, an enemy missile was destroyed by the Ukrainian air defense. This was announced on Thursday, May 26, by the head of the Khmelnytsky OVA Serhiy Gamaly.
According to him, fragments of the Russian missile fell into the field without causing any damage. There were no casualties as a result of the enemy attack.
“Our air defenders worked very well and fired a Russian missile before it flew into the city. Therefore, no one was hurt,” HOVA added.
It is not known what target the Russians are trying to hit.
Residents of the region are urged to always remain in shelters until after the air raid alert.
