The ex-Chairman of the Supreme Court and his lawyers do not want to be broadcast, because his personal data and the data of members of the PRP may be proclaimed at the meeting.
This is the right, whether representatives of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the prosecutor or the judge and his representatives, to express their position. In case of disagreement of one of the participants of the meeting, such a request is automatically subject to satisfaction. Recall, on May 17, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court rejected the complaint about the detention of the former Chairman of the Supreme Court Vsevolod Knyazev.
The lawyer in the complaint noted that the detention of the ex-Chairman of the Supreme Court was illegal, because the judge cannot be detained without the consent of the High Council of Justice.
Himself suspected of receiving 2.7 million dollars. bribes Knyazev said in court that his detention was “illegal”, because he contributed to the investigation and helped law enforcement officers in conducting a search.
