“According to the investigation, the lieutenant colonel of the RF Armed Forces, together with the subordinate military personnel of the artillery regiment in the left bank part of the Kherson region, gave them orders to commit a crime against the population of civilians. Fulfilling them, on December 24, the military personnel of the Russian Federation carried out a massive indiscriminate strike in the center of Kherson and areas of mass crowding where there are no military installations. The shells hit in the central market, a shopping center, a humanitarian aid point, a hospital and other civilian infrastructure facilities of the regional center. As a result, 11 people died, and another 64 civilians were injured of various degrees of severity , “- said the message.
It is reported that evidence is being collected of the involvement of the Russian commander and his subordinate military personnel in other attacks in the city of Kherson and in the region.
It will be remembered that on December 24 in Kherson more than ten people were left without legs.
In total, 16 people died that day in Kherson region, 10 of them in Kherson. In particular, three rescuers who cleaned the area were killed.
