Ukraine will discuss such things when it is in the national interest. It is clear that Ukraine is doing everything possible to de-occupy the territory, – Yusov is quoted by the GUR TG channel.
According to Yusov, special services and intelligence use different means and tools for this.
As for individual stuffing, in respect of which investigations are currently ongoing in the United States, I don’t think that we should comment on this with you,” Yusov emphasized.
Thus, the GUR reacted to the publication of The Washington Post about their alleged contacts with the owner of PVK Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin.
Yusov commented on this scandal on May 15 on the air of the telethon.
The American publication claims that Prigozhin allegedly offered the Ukrainian leadership data on the positions of Russian troops in exchange for the retreat of Ukrainian units from Bakhmut.
In addition, on April 13, WP published a transcript of an interview with Vladimir Zelensky, but then deleted a large fragment from it about the contacts of the GUR with Prigozhin. Zelensky asked journalists where they got such data from and with which of the Ukrainians they talked on this topic, since leaking such information is treason. He refused to comment on these data and expressed doubts about the authenticity of the documents.
