In today’s accident of two Su-34 and Su-35 fighters and two Mi-8 helicopters in the Bryansk region of Russia, nine people died. This was reported by the Russian Telegram channel Baza.
“In the city of Klinets, all three crew members died in the crash of the Mi-8 helicopter. In the Unets region, after the accident of the second Mi-8 helicopter, three more crew members of the combat vehicle were killed. In village of Nizhnyaya, two Su-34 fighter-bomber pilots were killed. Near the village of Suretsky An ant killed the pilot of a Su-35 fighter,” the report said.
The governor of the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation was previously informed only about the crash of one of the helicopters. He kept silent about the fate of the Mi-8 crew and added that there was a civilian victim, he was hospitalized.
It will be remembered that today, May 13, two Mi-8 helicopters, Su-34 and Su-35 fighters crashed in Russia. It has been suggested that they were hit by anti-aircraft missiles.
According to the Russian publication Kommersant, the fighters and helicopters are part of the same air group, which is supposed to strike in the Chernihiv region of Ukraine. Helicopters were used for the safety net.
