The head of Turkey’s opposition forces, Republican People’s Party leader and presidential candidate Kemal Kilicdaroglu accused the Russians of planning and spreading fakes. He wrote this on Twitter on May 11.

The politician noted that “Russian friends” were behind the “montages, conspiracies, deep fakes and recordings” exposed yesterday in Turkey.

“If you want to continue our friendship after May 15, keep your hands on the Turkish state. We still stand for cooperation,” Kilicdaroglu stressed.

It should be noted that on May 7, the current President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, showed his fans at a rally a video in which Kilicdaroglu called to participate in the vote, and then one of the founders of the Kurdistan Workers ‘ Party. (PKK), which Ankara considers terrorist, appears in the frame.

Journalists came to the conclusion that the video was edited from two different parts.

It was previously reported that Russian intelligence services had organized a series of staged protests in Europe to capture Turkey and its NATO allies.
