Law enforcement intercepted a fishing boat with 1.5 tons of cocaine on board. All crew members were detained – five Brazilian citizens and one Venezuelan citizen. This was reported on May 12 by the Spanish police.
It was learned that a 25 meter vessel sailing under the flag of Brazil was found near the Canary Islands.
The drugs were kept in a specially constructed compartment in the engine room of the fishing boat.
Remember that two tons of cocaine worth more than 400 million euros were found on the coast of Sicily.
It was also reported that the Russian Federation announced the interception of nearly 500 kg of cocaine bound for Poland.
