Law enforcers have collected new evidence of the guilt of former people’s deputies Oleg Tsarev, Dmitry Svyatash and Igor Markov. They are suspected of high treason committed under martial law (Part 2, Article 111) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Now these traitors are hiding from justice in Russia. This was announced on April 11 by the press center of the SBU.
Investigators found that Tsarev was with the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Defense after the start of a full-scale invasion. The former “regional” passed on to the enemy information about the consequences of Russian air strikes on the territory of Ukraine. It was he who gave the invaders detailed information about the results of rocket attacks on the Kremenchug oil refinery.
Information about the consequences of this shelling was given to Tsarev by ex-People’s Deputy Dmitry Svyatash, who after February 24, 2022 actively supported the Russian aggression against Ukraine, and Moscow considered him as a potential Gauleiter of the Kharkiv region. Svyatash also “leaked” to the Russians information about weapons, time and directions of movement of the Defense Forces units across the territory of the region.
Regarding Igor Markov, the former MP of the Regions regularly justified a full-scale war, and his provocative speeches were regularly broadcast by Russian propaganda on television. The investigation qualified Markov’s actions under Art. 436 (war propaganda) and Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition as lawful, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants). UKU.
The intelligence service recalled that they had previously informed these defendants about the suspicion of committing other crimes against the State Security Service of Ukraine.
Recall that the SBU investigators have collected an evidence base on the ex-head of the guard of the fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych, Vyacheslav Zanevsky, who, after the capture of Kherson and part of the Nikolaev region, helped the occupiers in spreading the Kremlin regime and suppressing the resistance movement.
