eRecovery has experienced a technical failure

The Ministry of Development explained that technical problems arose due to thousands of applications submitted by Dii users.

The overload of thousands of applications caused the program to fail eRecovery in Dії application. Technical issues will be fixed as soon as possible. This was announced by the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine on its Facebook page on Wednesday, May 10.

“Today we started registering applications for financial assistance under the program eRecovery. There are already thousands of applications, and the system is overloaded. Our technical teams are already working on the shortcomings and will remove them in the near future.

The agency advises users who have not used the service to log into the application later.

It should be noted that earlier the Ministry of Digital Development launched the eRecovery service, and banks launched corresponding cards with cashback from 1% to 15%. To receive help, you need to report damaged property in the Dії application and open a special eRecovery account at one of the banks participating in the program (A-Bank, monobank, PrivatBank, PUMB and Sens Bank).
The service was developed by the Ministry of Recovery together with the Ministry of Digital Development with the support of the USAID/UK aid Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services/TAPAS project and the World Bank.

Questions about eRecovery can be delivered to operators on the government hotline 1545, as well as to the Dії support team.

Recall that in March the president signed a law introducing compensation in Ukraine for property damaged and destroyed as a result of the conflict by individuals.

Compensation for damaged housing can be obtained through Diya
