The application was sent on March 20. The document contained his signature and a note: “Boguslaev, pensioner, disabled person of the 1st group.”
The former head of the Motor Sich Vyacheslav Boguslaev, who is suspected of collaborating and colluding with the aggressor state, was asked to be included in the list for an exchange in Russia. This was reported by Schemes (Radio Liberty) in connection with a letter of application signed by Boguslayev addressed to the head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak.
The application was sent on March 20. The document contained his signature and a note: “Boguslaev, pensioner, disabled person of the 1st group.”
Earlier, Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President, said that he did not rule out the possibility of an exchange of Boguslaev, noting that this process could be similar to the exchange of a pro-Russian politician, the godfather of Putin, Viktor Medvedchuk, who was exchanged in September 2022 for 200 Ukrainian military prisoners.
In addition, the head of the SBU, Vasily Malysh, did not exclude the possibility of exchanging Boguslayev. However, according to him, the suspect must first provide all the necessary evidence.

It will be recalled that Boguslaev is charged with complicity with the aggressor state, cooperation activities, assistance in the activities of a terrorist organization and opposition to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He is currently in jail.
As reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky on April 1 introduced the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine to impose sanctions against the former president of Motor Sich Vyacheslav Boguslayev, several other citizens of Ukraine and about three hundred Russians .
