Ukrainian developments will get the best European experience and receive mentoring from the world’s leading partners.
Vice Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced that the European Innovation Council (EIC) will allocate 20 million euros for the development of Ukrainian startups and innovative projects.
“The Seeds of Bravery project, with the participation of the Ukrainian Innovation Development Fund, was selected as a key partner of the EU. Hundreds of domestic startups will receive financial assistance and the opportunity to grow at the international level. An important detail is that Ukrainian developments will get the best European experience and receive mentoring from the world’s leading partners,” he said.
According to Fedorov, the development of innovations is the way to the development of the digital economy, the growth of GDP and the strengthening of the army.
“I am grateful to the European Innovation Council, which sees our potential and creates a strong impetus for the development of innovations in Ukraine. Special thanks for the fruitful work of the Ukrainian Innovation Development Fund and FundingBox, as well as partners from 13 other European countries,” the minister stressed.
Earlier it was reported that the EU is allocating 17.4 million euros for digitalization in Ukraine.
Recall that Switzerland can provide grant funding of up to 15 million francs to support the development of digitalization in Ukraine.
