Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar wrote on her social networks that within a week, the Russians launched messages on the network about the deaths of three top Ukrainian commanders.
In the Russian information field, information is being disseminated about the alleged liquidation of our commanders. Everyone is alive, – said Malyar.
She wrote that such messages usually serve several purposes:
- psychological impact on the person himself;
- demoralization of Ukrainian troops;
- short-term hype on the topic to raise the spirit of your own troops.
This is just a minor public episode, from which you can understand the conditions under which our command is fighting,” added the Deputy Minister of Defense.
On May 10, Russian TG channels began to report on the alleged death of Syrsky at the front, who in 2023 actively visits the front, including in the Bakhmut area.
On May 2, the speaker of the Troop Forces, in a commentary to the Public, denied the information about the death of the commander of the Troop, Tantsura. Earlier, the leader of the Wagner PPK, Prigozhin, said that his units near Bakhmut allegedly hit the car in which Tantsura was, as a result of which the general died.
