The High Council of Justice has decided to remove the figurant from his post.
The Security Service of Ukraine has published unequivocal evidence of cooperation with the enemy of the head of the Poltava district court. The woman was taken into custody, the special service reports on Wednesday, May 10.
“The officer was recruited by the FSB and ‘leaked’ information to the occupiers about the defenders of Ukraine in the south of our state. In addition, he recommended to his Russian supervisor the ‘candidates’ of Gauleiter Berdyansk and the leaders of one of the captured local hospitals,” the report said.
The SBU recalled that the attacker was exposed as a result of complex measures in April this year. He was informed of a suspicion under the article on high treason committed under martial law (part 2 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
“The High Council of Justice decided to remove the figurant from his post. The court chose him a measure of restraint in the form of detention without the right to make bail,” the report said.
Currently, investigations are ongoing to determine all the circumstances of the crime.
The report of the Office of the Prosecutor General indicated that the preventive measure in the form of detention of the suspect in the chairman of the court was chosen by the Zhovtnevyi district court of Zaporozhye.
According to media reports, we are talking about Larisa Bogomolova, who since July 2022 has been appointed head of the Poltava District Court. Previous place of work – a judge of the Berdyansk city district court of the Zaporozhye region.
