The Russian invaders are re-creating military komats in the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk region, since the previous institutions are not able to fulfill the plan for the forced mobilization of Ukrainian citizens.

This was reported today, May 9, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
According to the CNS, the Russian occupiers have created a liquidation commission for the “LPR military commissariat”, which is led by local collaborators.
The reason is that this “organ” was not able to fulfill the plan to mobilize the required number of people into the ranks of the occupying army, since local residents avoid conscription in every possible way, the CNS notes.
It is noted that instead of the liquidated “Military Commissariat of the LPR”, the Russians created a new body called the “Federal State Institution of the Military Commissariat of the LPR”, the leadership of which was appointed not from local traitors, but from imported Russians.
This structure has already been registered in Russian registers under a different tax number than the previous “military commissariat of the LPR,” the CNS notes.
Recall, according to the CNS, the Russians plan to use the announced “evacuations” of residents of the occupied territories to mobilize men of military age, who will be taken to special camps and handed over to military registration and enlistment offices.
