Shops and pharmacies do not work in the city, there is no cash in ATMs. At the same time, the invaders are actively taking documents.
Russia’s “evacuation” from Energodar was accompanied by food shortages and empty ATMs. This was announced on May 9 by the Radio Liberty Novosti Priazovya project with reference to the city mayor Dmitry Orlov.
“They removed the equipment from the medical unit, computer equipment, documentation, a passport office … The stationary Internet that used to not work, grocery stores, pharmacies do not work. There is a certain hype for products and essentials. Gas stations and ATMs are also empty,” he said.
According to the mayor, most of the local residents who cooperated with the invaders left Energodar early. Now the “authorities” are actively taking documents out of the city.
“They take away all the things they occupy, where they are engaged in the development of some pieces of paper that can confirm their crimes,” added Orlov.
At the same time, he does not exclude that all these actions of the occupying forces may be a provocation.
Recall that on May 5, the “authorities” of the occupied part of the Zaporozhye region announced the evacuation of residents of a number of settlements located near the front line.
