Properties directly owned by Vladimir Saldo, as well as those indirectly owned by him through his ex-husband, were recovered from state revenue.
The High Anti-Corruption Court (VAKS) satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice and confiscated the assets of Kherson collaborator Volodymyr Saldo. This was reported by the press service of the ministry on Tuesday, May 9.
It is indicated that the VAKS decision partially satisfied the claim for the application of sanctions against Vladimir Saldo.
By this decision, the properties directly owned by Saldo, as well as those indirectly owned by him through his ex-wife Lyubov Saldo, were recovered from the state revenue.
The court confiscated the following properties:

five lands in Kherson;

four non-residential areas in Kherson and Crimea;

two houses in Kherson;

three apartments in Crimea, Odessa and Kherson;

2020 Volvo car;

99.86% of the shares of PJSC KASHTAN, registered in the Korostyshevsky district of the Zhytomyr region. The company specializes in sourcing decorative and building stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk and shale;
-
30% stake in PJSC DELTA-SERVICE, a transport company registered in Kherson.
As you know, the former mayor of Kherson Vladimir Saldo was the Gauleiter of the Kherson region, appointed to this post by the Russian invaders. Criminal proceedings were opened against him on suspicion of high treason committed under military law, with aggravated punishment (Part 2, Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Earlier it became known that the Balance evaded taxes for 60 million hryvnia. The estimated market value of his property is more than 200 times his official income for the period from 2010 to 2018.
