The Ministry of Internal Affairs showed the fragments of a Russian rocket that fell into the courtyard of a private house in the Goloseevsky district of Kyiv. The fire has been extinguished. There were no casualties and no damage. This was announced on May 9 by the head of the police of the Kyiv region Andrey Nebitov.
Earlier, the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, indicated that during a Russian missile attack on Kyiv in the Goloseevsky district, a burning fragment of a downed rocket fell on a private courtyard. Explosives specialists, rescuers and police worked at the scene.
Law enforcement officers also showed a photo of a crater formed in one of the districts of Kyiv as a result of enemy shelling. The head of the police of the Kyiv region said that the diameter of the hit reaches about 8 m, the depth is more than 2.5 m. There are no victims.
Recall that Russia’s missile attack on Kyiv on the night of May 9 was carried out from four Tu-95MS strategic bombers from the Caspian Sea region. The terrorist country Russia attacked the capital of Ukraine with cruise missiles, most likely X-101. The air defense forces worked perfectly, the Russian missiles did not reach their targets.
The Kiev city military administration indicated that this was the fifth air attack on Kyiv since the beginning of May. The day before, Russian war criminals deliberately deployed a record number of Shahed Iranian kamikaze drones to detect and deplete Kyiv’s air defenses to the maximum. However, Moscow’s plans failed.
