On the night of May 5, the enemy used two attack UAVs “Shahed-136/131” from the southeast direction. Both drones were destroyed in the area of responsibility of the Vostok air command. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.
And the enemy artillery at night again trailed along Nikopol. The head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, said on Telegram that 10 private houses, fences, an outbuilding, a power line and gas pipelines were damaged as a result of Russian shelling in the city. Fortunately, there were no dead or injured.
It was also restless in the Kherson region. The head of the OVA, Alexander Prokudin, reported on Telegram that the occupiers had shelled the region 95 times in a day.
The enemy fired 538 shells from heavy artillery, Grads, tanks, UAVs and aviation. Kherson was under enemy attacks five times. In Berislav, structures on the territory of the plant were fired upon, three people were injured.
Recall that the Russians continue to constantly shell Avdiivka in the Donetsk region and try to surround it, having suffered heavy losses. The Ukrainian authorities are planning to evacuate the entire local population from this city.
