Several meetings are planned to strengthen relations with one of our main allies, the head of government said.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal arrived in the UK on a visit. He announced this on Telegram on the morning of Friday, May 5.

“We are starting work in London. Several meetings are planned to strengthen relations with one of our main allies. We will take part in official events on the occasion of the coronation of His Majesty Charles III with the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenskaya,” he wrote.

Shmyhal added that he hopes for increased comprehensive support for Ukraine and an increase in sanctions pressure on Russia.

Remember that 14,000 Ukrainian military personnel were trained in the UK. They have returned home to defend the country from Russian aggression.

It has also been reported that the UK has already supplied Ukraine with depleted uranium shells.
