Eleven Ukrainian-made UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are already being used to carry out combat missions in the hot sector of the front.
Ukrtelecom sent 11 unmanned aerial vehicles to the front to assist the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Right now, they are conducting combat missions in the hottest sector of the front, the company’s press service said on Thursday, May 4.
Ukrtelecom emphasized that all drones are made in Ukraine.
“In 2022, Ukrtelecom allocated UAH 50 million for the needs of defenders. And we continue to systematically help our defenders, who every day bring success and peaceful life to a united and free Ukraine,” commented by Yuriy Kurmaz, CEO of the company, who commented on the transfer of aid.
Aid was transferred within the framework of Rinat Akhmetov’s military initiative on the Steel Front.
Recall that earlier, as part of the same initiative, Metinvest transferred copters, charging stations and Starlink to the third assault brigade of the Azov Armed Forces of Ukraine.
