It will be forbidden to move and stay on the streets of Kherson for 58 hours. The city is closed to entry and exit.
In Kherson, there will be a round-the-clock curfew. This was announced by the head of Kherson OVA Alexander Prokudin on Wednesday, May 3.
He said that at the last Defense Council of the Kherson region, the likely behavior of Russian invaders was discussed and security measures were coordinated. To facilitate the smooth work of law enforcement agencies, it has been decided to implement a round-the-clock curfew, which will last from 20:00 on May 5 to 06:00 on May 8.
During these 58 hours, it is forbidden to move and go on the streets of Kherson. The city is closed to entry and exit.
Prokudin urged citizens to resolve their affairs in advance and make the necessary stocks of food and medicine. At the same time, he noted that people can, if necessary, go to a store near their place of residence, but you must have an identity document with you.
The head of the OVA said that for now, law enforcement officers and doctors will work as usual. According to him, such restrictions are necessary so that law enforcement officers can do their job and not put residents in danger.
Remember, for the day on May 2, the Kherson region was subjected to more than 100 attacks. Due to the Russian attack, four people died during the day, seven (including a child) were injured.
