It is proposed to create a joint working group and develop a draft law that will regulate military remuneration issues, said David Arahamia.
The heads of law enforcement agencies propose to postpone the consideration of the resolution on the payment of military bonuses of 30 thousand hryvnias. This was announced by the leader of the Servant of the People parliamentary faction, David Arahamia in Telegram on Tuesday, May 2.
According to him, the Verkhovna Rada received a letter from the security forces with their view on compensation for personnel. The military believes that the recently voted amendment does not resolve issues related to monetary rewards, in particular, conscripts and cadets. Also, this amendment does not take into account the peculiarities of serving in different regions and performing tasks with different levels of complexity.
“The authors of the letter propose to further develop the regulatory framework for the compensation of defenders in a more differentiated way, and above all, with the participation of the command and representatives of the national security and defense sector, said Arahamia.
The letter, signed by Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhiy Shaptala, Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko, Chairman of the State Border Service Serhiy Deyneko, Commander of the National Guard Yuriy Lebed, Head of the SBU Vasily Malyuk, called for the postponement of consideration of the draft resolution with this amendment.
At the same time, it is proposed to gather a working group of representatives of the Council, Cabinet of Ministers and General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and, by the end of May, jointly develop a bill that will regulate the issues. compensation for defenders.
Arahamia added that he will propose to the Rada to postpone the consideration of Resolution No. 8312-P and immediately created a working group proposed by the security forces.

Remember, on April 10, the Verkhovna Rada voted unanimously for the bill with an amendment that restores the payment of 30 thousand Hryvnias for the military who are not on the battlefield.
On the same day, Volodymyr Tsabal, MP from the Golos group, filed a resolution preventing the signing of this bill by the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada.
And yesterday it became known that the IMF criticized the bill on payments for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
