The Russians are preparing their personnel for provocations on the northern borders of Ukraine.
The Russian troops stationed in the Bryansk and Kursk regions are being issued uniforms by the occupation command of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, the National Resistance Center reported.
According to the Ukrainian underground, all these actions indicate that the Russians are preparing a false flag provocation to mobilize their society and also mislead the world community in order to divert attention from crimes from Russia.
The CNS admits that the leadership of a terrorist state may resort to terrorist acts on the territory of Russia or imitation of hostage-taking.
Earlier, the Center for National Resistance said that in the occupied territories, employees of the Russian special services dress up in civilian clothes and pretend to be ordinary people in order to find partisans or dissatisfied with the presence of Russians.
