In the capital, a 36-year-old man beat two teenagers who were skating in the Partisan Glory park in the Darnitsa district. This was reported by the Kyiv police.
The incident happened on May 30th. An unknown man approached the 12-year-old and 13-year-old boy and began abusing them for allegedly insulting young children. He then stabbed them in the face and body.
Police identified the attacker within a day. It turned out to be a local resident.
A participant in the conflict faces a fine of up to fifty tax-free minimum income of citizens, or public works for 200 hours up to one year. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
Recall that in the Kyiv region, the men who beat the teenager were sent under house arrest.
