The head of state thanked Western partners who delivered self-propelled guns, armored vehicles, tanks, and shells to Ukraine.
Ukraine this week received a large amount of military equipment, which will strengthen the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in terms of defense and counter-offensive. This is what President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Sunday, April 30.
Zelensky thanked everyone who helps Ukraine strengthen the isolation of the terrorist country Russia and stop any supply of weapons, its components, working to block the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation and strengthen the defense capabilities of all of Europe.
“According to this week’s results, I would like to especially thank our partners from Denmark – for (self-propelled guns – ed.) Caesars, from Slovenia – for armored vehicles, from Spain – for tanks, from Germany – for additional defense intentions in terms of armored vehicles and shells, for air defense,” – emphasized the Ukrainian leader.
Zelensky also recalled that the United States allocated $1 billion 250 million in funding to support the Ukrainian budget.
“Thank you to the Netherlands for the decision of the parliament to train Ukrainian soldiers in advanced Western systems. Thank you to Italy for being active for the rapid restoration of our state. Thank you to Croatia for the new help in the treatment of our defenders after being wounded in battle,” added the head of state.
As already mentioned, Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a telephone conversation with French President Emanuel Macron. The Ukrainian leader thanked his French counterpart for the comprehensive support of Ukraine by Paris.
