“Tomorrow weather forecasters announced a storm warning. In Vinnitsa and the region, severe frosts are expected with air down to -5-3 degrees Celsius. The second level of danger is orange,” the report said.

Earlier, weather forecasters warned of frosts in all regions of Ukraine. The northern regions, as well as the regions of Vinnitsa, Cherkassy and Kirovograd, are waiting for air frosts of 0-5 °.
