The President noted that Ukraine’s success depends largely on the continued supply of weapons by Western partners.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned that the war could continue for years or even decades, so allies must now support the Ukrainians to avoid increasing the risk of World War III. He said this in an interview with Yle.
“It is cheaper for other countries to support Ukraine now than to increase the risks of World War III,” Zelensky said.
The President also noted that Ukraine is planning a counter-offensive and believes that during this time it will be able to repel Russian forces, as well as the return of Crimea.
However, according to him, Ukraine’s success depends largely on the continued supply of weapons by Western partners.
“We want to save as many lives as possible, so the number of weapons is of great importance,” the President stressed.
Recall that the US General modeled a possible scenario for the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
