NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said this before a meeting of the contact group for the defense of Ukraine at the Ramstein airbase in Germany, according to SkyNews today, April 21.
He also added that after the end of the war in Ukraine, Kyiv should have “deterrence forces to prevent new attacks.”
At present, Stoltenberg noted, the focus is on ensuring Ukraine’s victory over Russia.
