A Russian fishing boat caught fire off the coast of the South Korean city of Ulsan. This was reported on April 21 by Yonhap agency.

The South Korean Coast Guard, which received a distress signal, sent rescue boats to the scene. 21 people were rescued, four crew members were missing.
According to Russian media, a fire broke out on the ship, which returned to the Sea of Okhotsk after repairs, which the crew tried to put out on their own.
As a result, 21 sailors boarded the life rafts, and were then taken aboard by South Korean rescuers. The fate of four other people remains unknown, perhaps they remained on board.
Of the rescued sailors, 19 were uninjured, two with minor burns. The search for the missing continues.
