The squad leader on the pseudo Quiet at a distance of 10-30 meters destroyed six Wagnerites and, together with his brothers, completely denazified the Russian assault group.
The Russians fired point-blank and threw grenades, but the Ukrainian defenders killed them all.
The company “Gonor” under the command of Sergei Filimonov received an order to hold an important forest belt covering the last road of life to Bakhmut. There were four “Honor” fighters from the 1st battalion and six more fighters from the 4th separate tank brigade at the position.
As journalist Yuri Butusov points out, the Russians fired at the positions of the Ukrainians with artillery and threw the Wagner assault group into the offensive.
Several of our fighters were killed by Russian shells, but those who held positions retained high combat capability and acted like real heroes in the face of enemy superiority. As soon as our drone spotted the Russians, “Tikhiy” turned off the camera … jumped up and suddenly entered into close combat. The video shows how literally from a few meters the “Tikhiy” destroys the Wagnerites who are trying to throw grenades at our trenches,” Butusov writes.
As a result of the battle, the Russian group was completely destroyed, the “Honor” fighters eliminated nine Russians. The rest of the attacking group was finished off in the trenches by artillery. During the skirmish, the defenders of Ukraine had no losses.
