Ukraine received the Patriot air defense system from the United States, Germany and the Netherlands.

Ukraine now has serious systems for protecting the sky, but soon they will become more powerful. This was announced on Wednesday, April 19, by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in his video message.

“Air defense systems and other weapons to protect the sky are already very serious in Ukraine. But there should be – and I’m sure there will be – stronger,” said the President of Ukraine.

He also emphasized that the authorities are doing everything to strengthen protection against enemy attacks.

Zelensky also thanked everyone who, with their “accuracy and speed, ensured the effectiveness of all the weapons that appeared in our state.”

Recall that earlier the media wrote that Germany handed Ukraine the second of the four promised air defense systems IRIS-T.

Reznikov also said that the Patriot anti-aircraft missile system has been delivered to Ukraine.
