The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution “Some issues of creation and operation of state electronic platforms for maintaining public registers”. The Decree approved the regulation on the use of the Registry Platform. This is reported by the State Special Communications Service.
“By using the Registry Platform, ministries, central executive authorities, state enterprises, institutions and organizations can quickly and conveniently create and manage public registers. It is designed to improve the efficiency of online delivery of public service. Unlike the traditional development registration approach, the Platform allows the state to achieve the optimal balance between data security requirements, speed of deployment and the cost of ownership of register. This is the next step towards digitalization of public services.
It was noted that the Registry Platform will be useful not only for work.
“It will also simplify the life of Ukrainians. State bodies, through the Registry Platform, will themselves be able to generate standard requests for the information they need for work, and automatically “pull up” the documents necessary to provide of services to citizens,” reports the State Service for Special Communications.
In addition, it is reported that the development of registries using the Platform does not require large teams of high-level specialists.
“Tools are easy and quick to master. Developers will be trained and mentored,” the message said.
