Last week, I ordered to collect the possible number of small boats, boats that our military needs, – said Saldo.
The owners of the requisitioned boats, who used them as a means of production, said Saldo, can receive compensation from the Russian authorities for their value, as well as a full return of their property after some time.
In the Kherson region occupied by the Katsaps (as well as in other annexed regions), in accordance with the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a martial law regime is in effect. It, in particular, allows to confiscate military vehicles from the population.
The left-bank part of the Kherson region is still occupied by the Russians. There, back in February, the enemies began to seize boats and watercraft from civilians. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that for this, the occupiers even searched the houses of civilians.
Kherson activist Vladimir Molchanov previously drew attention to the fact that boats are used by suppliers of everything necessary for Russian garrisons, primarily on the island of Bellogrudovo, which has Russian equipment and continues to shell the western part of Kherson from it.
There are spotters and mortarmen on other islands as well. There they spread out over the dachas and are firing,” he noted.
According to him, they also need to be supplied with everything they need, but the invaders are afraid to do this along the main road that leads there, because it is controlled by our drones.
Molchanov reported that rashists use boats stolen from people to carry out sabotage work.
