Lithuania’s Minister of Economy and Innovation Ausrine Armonaitė announced that Lithuania is ready to export one million tons of grain from Ukraine by train for further transportation through the Klaipeda State Seaport. This was reported by TASS.
“Lithuania is ready to provide its assistance to Ukraine in organizing the export of grain outside the European Union. Our transport infrastructure allows for the transportation of one million tons of grain,” said Armonaite .

Recall that Ukraine has agreed with Poland to continue moving food into the country.
As reported, the Ukrainian authorities took the initiative to hold a trilateral meeting with the participation of the European Commission and five EU countries – Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia – to solve problems with the import of agricultural products.
