The Western Directorate of the National Guard said that their leadership was outraged by the actions of the officer and would conduct an internal audit.
In the video, an officer “educates” a conscript of the National Guard with obscene language and kicks. The reason for the conflict is unknown. According to the UP, this happened at the end of March.
