The head of the Ministry of Defense noted that the Ukrainian marines are receiving their new French-made AMX-10 cavalry.
Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov showed the French AMX-10 combat vehicles, called “wheeled tanks”, in action.
“The Ukrainian marines receive their new French-made AMX-10 cavalry! Together with our soldiers, we rode it and agreed to call the AMX-10 “sniper rifle on fast wheels,” the message said.
Reznikov thanked French Defense Minister Sebastian Lecornu and President Emanuel Macron.
“Thank you to all the people of France for their strong support! These fast modern vehicles with powerful guns will help us liberate our territory. This is what Freedom, Equality and Fraternity looks like. France is alive! Long live Ukraine!” Reznikov added.
