The attacker turned out to be a local resident, who at the beginning of a full-scale invasion supported the invaders. He voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the war criminals of the Russian Federation and joined the ranks of the local occupation administration. There he was appointed head of the city station station. He established a railway connection for the needs of the occupation groups on the southern front, participated in organizing the unimpeded transportation of military equipment, weapons and ammunition from the territory of Russia to the temporarily occupied Kherson.
The criminal threatened to “surrender” his employees to the punitive bodies of the rashists. After the liberation of the southern city, the defendant tried to “lay low” and avoid justice.
Based on the collected evidence, the SBU investigators informed the attacker about the suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (complicity with the aggressor state).
